Canopy, known as the world’s most sustainable parking facility, was built using the latest in proven Green technology and materials. Electric Vehicle charging stations were being scouted for the facility, and management wanted not only a charging station, but also something that added to the overall experience for the consumer, while keeping true to the overall Green Garage concept.

Wickford Junction is a 450,000 sq. ft. Wal-Mart anchored, mixed-use transit oriented development located in N. Kingstown, RI. The parking garage is adjacent to a commuter rail service station. The management found that there was a demand from the patrons for electrical vehicle charging stations.

The TSA, a government agency, was created to strengthen the security of the nation’s transportation systems. They are responsible for screening all commercial airline passengers & baggage. The TSA headquarters and their parking facility are located in Arlington, VA. The management of the parking facility noticed a demand form their patrons for an electric vehicle charging station.

The Charles Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Cambridge near Harvard University. It is a AAA Four Diamond Hotel. Offering all the comforts of home, luxurious accommodations and many amenities for its guests. The Charles is within walking distance to the city’s attractions as well as being minutes from downtown Boston.

777 Main is a parking facility located in the heart of downtown Hartford. This parking facility serves parkers that visit and work in the city. Open 24 hours, with restaurants, entertainment and the train station nearby. It offers both outdoor and indoor parking.

The Oakland Coliseum, home to the Oakland Raiders, is a premier entertainment facility in Northern California. The Propark Oakland Coliseum Regional Manager decided to add significant value to his client relationship by introducing electric vehicle charge equipment at the coliseum. Skybox visitors would then be able to drive their electric vehicles to the game. Thanks to Juice Bar’s LED lighting our charging units are visible even at night.

The Water Street Garage is a municipal parking garage in the middle of a transportation hub that includes a train station and ferry. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and historic & cultural attractions. Having undergone an extensive renovation including green infrastructure improvements this facility wanted to add the additional amenity of electric vehicle charging stations to compliment their green efforts.

The Wellness and Gateway parking garages in New Brunswick supports retail, grocery, theater, residential and the courthouse, it is a mixed use facility. They are also adjacent to a commuter rail service station. The New Brunswick Parking Authority with their strong commitment to the local environment wanted to provide publicly available charging stations. Their hope was to encourage EV drivers to come to New Brunswick and to of course support sustainable initiatives.

Crissy Field is a former military airfield transformed into a lively national park with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. The park is filled with trails, bikeways, cafes and a host of visitor amenities. The revitalization project headed by The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy has protected many federally listed endangered plant and bird species, as well as preserved historic structures. Crissy Field has become a major attraction to visitors and citizens of San Francisco and is a testament to the Government’s environmental initiatives.

Mount Sinai Hospital is one of the top ranked hospitals in the country, which is committed to accomplishing their goals in a sustainable manner. They are concerned with creating a healthier environment for both staff & patients. The Mt. Sinai Facility VP approached the parking facility manager, Standard Parking, about adding EV Charging Stations to support employees, patients and visitors that drive electric cars and park at their facility. The management reached out to Juice Bar thanks to our proven customer service at their One World Trade Center Facility.

Lynda.com is a growing on-line learning company that offers thousands of video courses to help viewers learn software, technology, creative and business skills. They signed on to become a Partner in the Department of Energy’s Workplace Charging Challenge, where the goal is to increase the number of American employers offering workplace charging for plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) by tenfold in the next five years. As a company that produces training videos they felt that impacting the daily activities of their employees was the best way to reduce their impact on the environment.
